You can also monitor the strength of user passwords. Warn your users that a password policy change is coming, and then be sure to check the box that says “Enforce password policy at next sign-in”. From the admin dashboard, go to Security > Password management, and set a higher minimum password length as well as strength (complexity) requirements. Set a password length requirement of at least 12 characters.
